§ 16. Bestyrelsens pligter og opgaver
Bestyrelsen varetager den daglige ledelse af ejerforeningen og udfører generalforsamlingens beslutninger.
Stk. 2. Bestyrelsen skal sikre en forsvarlig varetagelse af ejerforeningens anliggender, herunder:
- Udarbejdelse af budget og regnskab over ejerforeningens udgifter og indtægter.
- Overholdelse af god skik og orden i ejerforeningen.
- Foretage kontrol med indbetaling af fællesudgifter.
- Tegne sædvanlige forsikringer (herunder brandforsikring, kombineret grundejerforsikring og eventuelt bestyrelsesansvarsforsikring).
- Renholdelse og snerydning af fælles arealer.
- Udarbejdelse af vedligeholdelsesplan.
- Fornyelse og vedligeholdelse i det omfang, sådanne foranstaltninger efter ejendommens karakter må anses for påkrævede.
- Søge konflikter efter husordenen løst ved ekstern mediation.
- Varetage ejerforeningens interesser i forbindelse med eventuelle pligtige medlemskaber af andre foreninger eller laug, herunder grundejerforeninger, bydelsforeninger, vandlaug, gårdlaug eller lignende.

§ 16. The board’s duties and tasks
The board handles the day-to-day management of the owner’s association and implements the decisions of the general meeting.
Paragraph 2. The board must ensure proper handling of the owner association’s affairs, including:
- Preparation of budget and accounts of the owner association’s expenses and income.
